- Prepare of Crescent Roll Dough.
- Use of Apple (any variety) sliced fairly thin.
- Take of Quality grade deli turkey, thinly sliced.
- Get of Round of Brie Cheese.
- Take of Spicy Brown Mustard.
- Take of Honey.
- Prepare of Cinnamon.
- Use of Egg.
- Get of as needed Non stick spray.

- Preheat oven to 375* Peel and slice apples into thin pieces. In bowl, combine apples, spicy brown mustard, honey and cinnamon till coated. Cut Brie into thick slices.
